He shall be called "Immanuel" meaning 'God with us'.

This is one of my favorite Christmas carols. And seeing as it's Christmas Eve, I thought I'd post some of the lyrics for you. I'm actually listening to Michael Buble Christmas music at the moment, but I prefer Jars of Clay. Mom is making pumpkin pie. Yum. I've wrapped all my family's Christmas gifts. Katherine loves the t-shirt I gave her. And yeah. Feels like Christmas. My brother just shoved pastry dough in my mouth. It's a bit gross when it's not cooked.

God rest ye merry, gentlemen
Let nothing you dismay
Remember, Christ, our Saviour
Was born on Christmas day
To save us all from Satan's power
When we were gone astray
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy

In Bethlehem, in Israel,
This blessed Babe was born
And laid within a manger
Upon this blessed morn
The which His Mother Mary
Did nothing take in scorn
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy

From God our Heavenly Father
A blessed Angel came;
And unto certain Shepherds
Brought tidings of the same:
How that in Bethlehem was born
The Son of God by Name.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
